Whirli-Bird
You've made paper airplanes. But how about
a paper helicopter? Print and cut out our template to make
6 colourful paper helicopters!

A rectangle of paper
(see below)
A pair of scissors
A paperclip |

Tip: if you save the image to your computer's
hard disk, you can print it later. Try printing it at
different sizes for a mixed "fleet" of Whirli-birds! |

Trim around the image, then cut into six
strips. |

Take one of the strips and make two slits
along the dotted lines, as shown. |

| 4. |
Bring the top and bottom ends together. |
| |
 |
| 5. |
Fasten the two ends together with the paperclip.
This completes the Helicopter. |
