What are little girls made of? It used to be sugar, spice and everything nice. Well, that's the theory that Professor Utonium was working with when he set out to create the world's perfect little girls. Everything else was going according to plan until he accidentally added a mysterious fourth ingredient called Chemical X creating the cutest, butt-kicking girls you've ever seen.
